Before founding SourcingClub, I spent over four years at DealCircle in Hamburg — one of the leading M&A technology platforms in the DACH region. There, I supported over 2,000 companies on both the sell side and the buy side — across the full spectrum from €1M to €100M enterprise value.

I know exactly what it takes to make a transaction successful. I understand the buyer side just as well as the seller side — how investment committees decide, which criteria truly matter, and which buyer will actually close.

I started my own business to tackle one of the greatest societal challenges of our time: by 2028, over 150,000 business successions need to be filled in Germany alone. Many owners can't find the right successor — and that's exactly where I come in.
